Camp Terror – Wipeout

Erin didn’t care about any stupid laws or rules that attempted to regulate her powers, she didn’t care how many people she would have to kill, all she cared about was that she had to rescue her brother. This thinking radiated out from within her, unnerving Connie, who reluctantly followed her into the house

Almost immediately after entering the building through the back door, Erin had impaled the head of an unsuspecting terrorist and left the bleeding corpse on the floor for Connie to step over before chasing after Erin who disappeared deeper into the house. Connie gave chase but quickly lost the blonde haired girl.

Erin meanwhile charged deeper into the house, killing or incapacitating any terrorists she came across until she finally came across her family, locked in the kitchen just slightly away from the door down to the basement. Forming a large sword like spike from her left wrist and then snapping it off with her right, she then readied her left wrist in such a way that it allowed her to fire small spikes out at deadly speeds, much like a bullet from a rifle.

The terrorists, who were up to then completely unaware of what had happened outside of the house, let alone inside, were taken completely off guard by Erin’s rush around the corner, with two of the five falling with spikes in their heads before they even realised what was happening. The other three moved to combat her, but moved poorly: one of them ran at her and found himself impaled upon her sword like spike; the second attempted to grab his gun but end up with a spike attaching his hand to the wall while Erin jumped over the counter top using her hands as a balance before swinging her foot around and smashing the terrorist down to the floor with enough force that his hand actually ripped away from the spike pinning it to the wall much like removing one page from a stapled bunch, he didn’t get up again; and then there was only one final man to deal with, who, unfortunately for Erin, was a lot more calm and collected than his friends and had thus lunged for Erin’s sister and was currently holding her with a gun to her head.

Meanwhile in the basement, Connor overheard all of the commotion and so decided that it was time to escape, causing him to begin absorbing the materials of his metal constraints. This gave him the strength to break his constraints, which shocked his captor Carl who almost dropped his gun as he attempted to bring it to aim. However, Connor managed to stand and knock the gun from Carl’s hands before any bullets could be fired.

Unable to keep up with Connor’s inhumanly quick movements, Carl was forced to the ground, his nose and right arm broken, his left hand missing and his mind clear for the first time in a long time.
‘Wait!’ he called as Connor was about to impale him with his metal arm that he had moulded into a sharp blade like weapon. ‘There is something you should know,’ he explained.
                ‘What?’ Connor questioned curiously.
‘Don’t trust the white haired girl,’ he revealed. ‘This was all done to frame some woman, her mother-in-law I think.’
                ‘Explain,’ Connor questioned quickly.
‘If you want someone to trust you over someone else, then turn them against that someone,’ Carl described. ‘At least that is how she put it.’
                ‘Name?’
‘No idea, all I can remember is white hair,’ Carl sighed sadly before turning deadly serious; ‘I’ve gone inexcusable things, even if I was under her control. And what I did to you was horrible and I am so sorry. But now I have to ask you a favour: Take that blade, and kill me. I can’t live with what I’ve done, even if it wasn’t really me…at least not completely.’

Connor didn’t say a word, he didn’t know what to say, he just looked into the man’s eyes and could see that he was being honest, as such he somewhat emotionlessly swung his blade from behind his shoulder and down across Carl’s neck, completely separating his head from his shoulders. Turning from the body, Connor began making his way up the stairs until he came to the door which was partly open.

Here he saw the standoff between Erin and the final of the five and quickly realised that the terrorist had Cait. Without really thinking he just moved up behind the man and pushed the blade of his arm through the terrorist’s head until it came out of his mouth. The man’s arms fell limb, thus dropping the gun and releasing Cait, before his body followed suit.

As the adrenaline began to ware off, Connor fell to his knees and then to the floor as he fell into the realm of unconsciousness, Connie finally found them all as Erin embraced her little sister, causing Connie to run to Connor to ensure that he was still alive.
‘We have to get him outside now,’ Connie ordered. ‘He won’t last much longer without medical assistance.’

‘Okay,’ Erin agreed as her adopted dad picked up Cait and tried to get Erin to leave with him. She told him that they had to go in different directions as the medical help Connor needed couldn’t be provided by humanity’s current medical technology. She helped Connie pick him up and then rushed out a different door to the one that her parents had left through.
