Saga of Thomas Cane

While Emma worked on closing the rift, Jack, Maddi and Connie left there perimeter and headed towards the Vinto ship that was initiating the attacks on the warehouse in order to try and locate both Emily and Darren. And so far the attack was going very well. But what they didn’t know, could hurt them…

Connie had no idea that four members of the Vinto assault squad had made it inside the building. Neither did Jack, Maddi or Naomi. And worst of all, Tom and Emma also didn’t know of the threat that was now hovering behind their backs.

Tom and Emma were in immense pain following the rift in time that had formed above Torbay, and were combating the pain while trying to repair the hole; Naomi meanwhile worked on neutralising whatever the lightning tore out of time and into the present day.

Following a rather strangely received tip that there was Vinto activity in Torbay, Tom, Emma and Naomi ventured to the nearby town and arrived at the location quickly. The problem was that they could not find anyone at said location.

The Vinto invasion was in full force, and no one was prepared for it. While the rest of the world was busy dealing with the Cydonians, the Vintos had infiltrated the population of Earth and set up small camps of troops. And then when they attacked…well no one expected it to come the way it did…

Darren is the gravity controlling genius of the team, with his intelligence far surpassing anyone who has ever lived anywhere. While many of his friends have been slaughtered, gone through meltdowns or massive personality shifts, he still remains the same overly mature man that he was during his youth. Tom and his…alliance…had managed to venture deep into the Vinto ship and had managed to find their way into the engine room. There they set to work on trying to destroy the ship’s systems from the inside out. While Tom sat in front of the computer, hacking into the system trying to access the engine systems to force them to overload, Geoff and Emma held off the various security teams that the Vinto in command continued to send at them. And there was a lot of security.

Knowing the carnage the Vinto ship above Newton Abbot could cause, and knowing that whatever they do from the moment when every other Protector disappeared will be permanent, Tom, Geoff and Emma decided that it would be better for them to take out the Vinto ship and see if they could perhaps find out what was causing the disappearances. The Vinto ship hadn’t moved from its position in which it destroyed the school. Which was probably not the smartest choice, however the Protectors never existed so they needn’t be worried about counterattacks since the Earth’s military was nothing compared to their weapons and shields. However three Protectors still remained, even if one of them was on her final legs.

While I was typing this I also wrote out the actual report, it will be uploaded when the series has ended

Bobby was getting close to figuring out what was causing the temporal shifts that had erased most of the Protectors from existence, the only problem with the report was that he was clone from someone who should no longer exist, as such he began to slowly degrade, as did his report and processing abilities. Here is his extremely damaged report:

I am considering doing a follow up for Three Years Too Early next Halloween. So I may be dropping hints at what is coming next in random droppings on Twitter or random blog posts or even hidden within other blog chapters. Those ones will be the hardest to find. Two weeks after Tom was forced to kill Penny, he and Emma began to experience simultaneously extreme shifts in the time stream which often left them suffering from pain known to no man. While the majority of these shifts initially only lasted a few minutes, they eventually grew to last for hours at a time. And these longer attacks were becoming more and more common as time bore on.

I lie about things.

Following the incident that ended with Tom having a bullet wound in his shoulder and Penny dead on the floor of the exam hall, the entire exam hall was evacuated while the police stood outside questioning them. Emily stood in front of Tom, tending to his shoulder wound, reminding him not to move every time he so much as twitched. Maddi was meanwhile hiding behind a set of curtains, listening on.

Leanne is a damaged young women who has under gone many shifts in life: from killing her father to a caring mother who loses her son which causes her to almost attempt suicide and then to the angry and damaged person who hates Tom for saving her life. Sorry, school and family stuff that I forgot about. I will hopefully get everything up that was supposed to go up today and two days ago today at different points and I will hopefully manage to stick to the schedule from now on.

Sorry the chapters were up so late tonight, I had them typed and ready but forgot to schedule them on the blog to go live.

Emma was extremely sceptical about returning to school, having spent three months deep down in Felix’s underground base, hidden from sight and devoided of all communication with any human being with the sole exception of a clinically insane  serial killer who cared too much to kill but not enough to not kidnap.

Having discovered the location of Felix’s base after hacking into the NSA database, Tom made it his mission to go straight after his serial killer ex-friend in order to take him out of the equation once and for all. That was a lot easier said than done however.

Following his confrontation deep beneath the town of Newton Abbot, Tom focused the majority of his attention on Geoff and Felix; thus leaving the undercover operation in the sometime-incapable hands of Jack. Naomi meanwhile babysat Connie, day and night, never sleeping, never wanting to risk Felix sneaking in and slitting her throat in the middle of the night. For some strange reason Tom found himself staring at the contract he had signed with NCIS, he had no clear idea why he was staring at it, he just was. And to be more precise he was staring at a line of text that read: You agree to not to hack into the NCIS, FBI or Homeland databases.

Sorry for not uploading anything. My laptop when funny so I spent the day trying to get rid of any unwanted software and run a virus check. NCIS will resume tonight and you'll get a double filling on Wednesday. That will be it until next year then. It will pick up on the second of February until the twelfth which will be the 30th and final chapter. On the fourteenth you'll get the next two chapters of Fast Track, the Power Core series 3 details and a know on Leanne Jackson of Universe 01. Then hopefully on the sixteenth I upload the first of 3 Time Trap chapters, the next will go up two days after that, and then two days after that will be the third of the 3. Also on the 20th you'll get an Update by Universe. Then we'll see Darren's Know go up on the 22nd with the first of the 6 chapter Power Core series 3. Which will run up to the 2nd of December where it will be accompanied by a Know for Jack. On the fourth the next series of Covenant Invasion will start...

Tom unexpectedly awoke four weeks following the explosion at the London Marathon and snuck out of the hospital where he was being treated before anyone knew that he had woken from his slumber. While he slept, visions of various different futures plagued him.

Following his realisation that everything he had been working on was linked through some rather abstract connections and that the two murders NCIS was investigating were Felix as a way of luring NCIS into a trap set by the terrorists he was undercover working at. He rushed through the rather colourful crowd of people as he attempted to make it back to the crime scene, however he quickly realised that he was extremely unlikely to make it to suspected building in time to stop the bomb from being set off. Unfortunately for him he was already heading into the bomb-building.

Following his rather bizarre encounter with his other-worldly counterpart in the smouldering ruins of an alternative version of Highweek, Tom was a tad distracted from what he was supposed to be doing; and what he was supposed to be doing was monitoring the English terrorists activities since they had all moved up to London and Intel suggested that seemingly unrelated terrorist cells across the globe were planning on bombing the marathons, in four different countries. Paris was the first and had already been bombed, but also provided the rest of the world with the warning needed to try and stop said bombings.

Tom had been hunting Felix for four weeks in an attempt to prevent him from attempting to murder Connie. He wasn’t having too much luck, so he decided to change tactic and find a location to lock him up in once and for all. Now that he was having luck with.
