Throwout

Tom heard a thud behind him and turned to realise that the person who had snuck in had jumped down from the observation level. Gradually he heard the judge comment on how fast Tom was moving.
"What's wrong Tom," The Judge cooed. "You expecting retaliation for her murder."
"What? No. There are people in here who should not be," Tom replied as the observatory girl joined sneaking boy.
"No one can get in here," The Judge laughed.
      "These people can," Tom retorted.
"And how do you know that?" The prosecutor asked.
"Because I trained them to be hidden, I trained them to disappear from all records for years on end, I trained them to be the perfect assassins, and now they are after you..," Tom replied and broke his handcuffs before jumping onto the bars of the witness stand and propelled himself towards the judge.

Tom flew past the judge and straight into Penny who kicked him back and into the middle of the room as a women in the jury screamed as the man standing next to her slumped to the ground with a massive cut across his neck.

Penny stood and walked around the judge's podium before looking straight at Tom. "Yes you trained us, but can you stop us?"
"I can't stop all three of you, but I can take care of you," Tom snarled as another two members of the jury dropped. "Hey Felix, will you and your pathetic girlfriend please stop killing the jury."
"Nope," Felix replied as he slit another girl's throat.

Tom slowed down time and advanced upon Penny whose face turned to shock horror as she saw Tom move faster and faster. He moved in close to her and wiped out her legs so that as she fell in slow motion he was able to knee her in the face and send her flying into the wall.
"You're too slow Penny," Tom taunted as the final member of the jury fell. Felix and Faye, his girlfriend, took off as fast as they possibly could before Tom had time to react.

When Tom turned back to where Penny was laying five seconds before she was gone, Tom saw the door shut quickly as he moved back the podium. The judge called to him before he made it back. "The Jury is dead and after whatever just happened it is clear to me that you are far more useful to us out of prison than in," the Judge stated. Tom looked at him shocked. "And because of that and the fact you saved my life means that I am letting you go with no charge. Just don't let me regret it..."
