Camp Terror: Final

While planning how they would rescue the hostages, Tom began to notice strange choking noises coming from nearby in the woods. While the others all remained hidden on the climbing ropes, up above where any passer-by could see them.

As he ventured out into the darkening woods, he began to notice that the choking sounds sounded more like people suffocating due to lack of air, causing a strange realisation to wash over him, and thus by correlation, caused him to begin running.

As he moved closer to the coughs and gags he began to realise exactly what Emma had done after giving Gibbs the frequency. He burst into the clearing to see Emma levitating five people in the air while also forming min-vacuums around their faces, thus cutting off their oxygen supply.
            “Having fun?” he asked simply.
“Not enough,” she smirked. “Where have you been anyways?”
“Where have I been?” Tom questioned. “You were told to run and give Gibbs the frequency and then stay with him. Not come rushing back into this thing.”
“Well I’m here now,” she smiled sweetly while pulling one of Tom’s laser weapons out of her bag. “So let’s take back this river and get to the bottom of this.” Once she had finished talking she fired the laser once at each hovering terrorist, causing them to explode in succession, much to Tom’s dismay who ended up covered in the blood and guts.
“Come on,” he sighed before gesturing in the direction from which he had come. “We’re planning our attack on the hostage centre.”

Carl walked slowly back into Connor’s cold and dark cell with a massive grin across his face. “We’re going to give you a choice,” the man said coldly.
“Yeah? And what is that?” Connor snarled.
“You will teach us how to defeat your friends by telling us their weaknesses or I will personally slit the throat of your youngest sister, you know, the one who does not have powers,” the man replied simply. “I believe her name is Cait…”
“You wouldn’t dare,” Connor snarled, trying not to let his fear show, barely succeeding in this objective.
“You want to bet,” Carl smirked evilly before turning to leave. “I’ll give you a couple of minutes to make a decision.”
