Captured Sneak Peak

"Anything we can use?" Tom asked as he returned from his fifth scouting trip.
"Not unless you include the front door," Jack joked. "That thing's locked up tighter that Area 51."
"Have you pinpointed exactly where we are? These's hills could be anywhere from the Arctic to the Sahara after they completed terraforming," Tom questioned.
"So where are we?" Tom questioned as he watched the carnage.
"Believe it or not, but we're in Devon," Jack laughed. "A thousand years away and yet we end up stuck in the one place we know better than the back of our hands."
"You know that also means that rescuing Darren just got a lot harder; they're adapted to us here more than anywhere else," Tom explained as the colour drained out of Jack's face. "Exactly..."

The Robot caught it and swung him across the landing and into the wall before falling down onto one of the other two Robots, crushing it and riding it down the stairs and into the airing cupboard. The Robot at the top of the stairs grabbed Vicky turned and walked towards a white Portal where she was rendered unconscious by a smack to the back of the head. The Robot then took off through the Portal.

After another half hour Erin woke up alone in the room in which Emily and the others had placed her in. "What happened?" she mumbled to herself as she sat up. "Emily? Ollie? Anyone!" she asked her voice coming out as an almost silent whisper.

Outside she heard footsteps which she hoped was someone she knew. Then came the clucking, and the burring of hard-drives and fans, "Dammit," she snapped quietly and bolted for the door which she spun open and into the robots face, rendering it destroyed on the floor.
"Huh, I always wondered why Tom steel plated these things," she smirked to herself before grabbing the robot's arm and ripping it off to use as a weapons.

The fourth and third floors were empty; the second on the other hand, was the most poorly designed floor when it came to defending. It was empty with the exception of a few support beams, like completely empty, Erin found it surprising that there was even air within the room remember the time that Tom designed her room as a vacuum; granted it was a simple design malfunction; but he still didn't notice until her mum almost suffocated when she went into the room.

She searched the room before completely leaving the stairwell, just to ensure that the robots weren't waiting for her. Luckily for her they weren't.
